Guiding Pāmapūria Learners to Thrive!
History
Established in 1884, we have a rich and proud history of providing quality education in this community. Our school is a local landmark; a social and community hub for the people of PāmapUria, Takahue, Diggers Valley, Fairburn, Victoria Valley and the Tangata Whenua of Te Paatū Marae.

Respect For Myself

Respect For the Environment
School Environment
Check out our rural school environment in the heart of Pāmapūria. We believe in teaching our tamariki to respect our environment. Ask us about our Garden To Table Programme for all classes from Year 0 to Year 8 classes (see the link right at the top on the right). We also implement play-based, place-based and project-based learning so our tamariki can learn through real-life experiences, connect with people, places and things and make learning relevant and real for them - authentic purposes for real learning!
Opportunities at Pāmapūria
Whether it's sports, the arts, cultural, connecting with our community, environmental or technological experiences, Pāmapūria School provides a wide range of opportunities to empower our tamariki today to prepare for tomorrow's world. Play-based, place-based and problem-based learning in authentic contexts. Making learning real and relevant! #pamapuriaproud #makingadifference #grateful #respectful
